The South African Qualifications Authority Act 58 of 1995 requires that companies operating within its territory submit its Skills Development Plan every day. The rationale behind the above is to encourage companies to invest in the skill development of its workforce to ensure career mobility and protability of skills . VETAD's team is made of professional facilitators , assessors and moderators with industry specific knowledge , either it is I.T., sales or retail operation emplyees .
Recognition of Prior Learning
In the South African context , the South African Authority Act no.58 of 1995 make provision of Recognition of Prior Learning in order to rederesss the imbalances of Apartheid discriminatory policies. Our team made assessments oof knowledge acquired informally in the workplace and issue of recognition of qualifications accepted in the industry.
